What every other column buys you
None of these are required. Each one switches on a kind of opportunity or makes the ranking less of a guess — so the more your export carries, the less the scorer has to assume.
Ageing systems
The install date is what lets it judge a system against its own service life instead of one number for everything.
Equipment type · Equipment age / install date · Equipment brand · Equipment model
Work they already turned down
A repair your tech wrote up and the customer declined is the warmest thing in the file. Without these columns it is invisible.
Deferred repair · Deferred date · Recommended repair
Maintenance plans
Plans about to lapse and plans already lapsed are the cheapest calls on the list, and they are time-sensitive.
Maintenance plan status · Plan expiration · Last maintenance date
How warm the record is
Dates and attempt counts drive both the ranking and the rules that hold a record back — no contacting someone twice in three days.
Estimate date · Last contact date · Previous attempts · Last completed service · Estimate status
Reaching them
Without a phone or an email the record can be ranked but not worked, so those drop down the list.
Phone · Email · Address
Slicing the result
Branch, technician and lead source do not change the ranking. They let you filter it and see where the money actually sits.
Branch / service area · Assigned employee · Lead source · Customer type
Missed calls
Worth a lot for about 48 hours and almost nothing afterwards, which is why they are ranked so aggressively.
Missed call date · Call disposition
What it does when a column is missing
It says so, and it does not quietly invent a value.
A record with no amount on it falls back to a typical ticket for that kind of equipment, and the screen tells you that is what happened. A record with no install date is never called old. Rows it cannot use at all — no customer name, duplicates, jobs already won — are counted and explained at the bottom of the result rather than dropped silently.
That matters more than it sounds. Every number on the result carries an assumption, and a tool that hides which ones it made is a tool you cannot check.
Where to export from
Anywhere. It is a spreadsheet, not an integration.
ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, FieldEdge, a QuickBooks report or a spreadsheet somebody has kept by hand — the scorer does not care which, because it reads the headings rather than expecting a fixed format. CSV and Excel both work, and so does pasting rows straight in.
We deliberately do not print click-by-click instructions for each of those products here. Their menus move, we cannot check them from this side, and a confident wrong instruction wastes more of your time than no instruction. Export whatever your estimates or customer list screen offers, drop it in, and the mapping screen will show you what it understood before anything is scored.
